Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting for Inari products. The role involves leading training sessions in hospital settings and identifying therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers.

You will communicate complex information clearly during fast-paced procedures and act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline (preferred).
• Minimum three years of experience in cath lab, nursing, or similar clinical environment.
• Solid understanding of cardiovascular science and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with occasional overnight.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to develop presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products.
• Lead and facilitate training sessions and in-service education in hospital settings.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional/Account Managers.
• Communicate complex information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Serve as clinical interface between medical community and the Company.
• Build and sustain credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries as needed.
• Collaborate with product development to feedback on features and new devices.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory and continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as needed.
