Job summary

Stryker seeks a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products, with travel up to 80%. You will lead training in hospital environments, build credible customer relationships, and collaborate with product teams to relay feedback for ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or Associate's degree in nursing or clinically required.
• Minimum of three years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Strong cardiovascular knowledge and clinical acumen.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% and overnight occasionally.
• Excellent English communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in hospital environments.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate complex technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and company.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries.
