Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to train physicians on Inari devices, lead clinical sessions, and partner with Account Managers to accelerate therapy adoption. The role requires strong cardiovascular knowledge, clinical experience, and the ability to travel extensively.

Flexibility to work in dynamic hospital environments, with on-call duties and occasional overnight travel. Base salary plus commissions, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities to impact patient care.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum 3 years of equivalent clinical experience in cath lab or similar environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% locally/regionally, with occasional overnight.
• Proven cardiovascular knowledge and strong clinical skills; English communication excellent.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on training and education to physicians on device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting for Inari products.
• Lead and facilitate in-service training sessions in clinical environments.
• Partner with Account Managers to identify opportunities and drive therapy adoption.
• Be on-call for urgent clinical needs outside standard business hours to support customers.
