Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation, and troubleshooting. The role involves developing trainings, identifying therapy adoption opportunities with local Account Managers, and serving as the clinical interface between medical staff and the company.

Travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with on-call requirements at night and on weekends.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three (3) years of equivalent clinical experience in cath lab or similar setting.
• Understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen required.
• Sales process knowledge a plus.
• Travel up to 80% locally and regionally, with overnight stays.
• Night/weekend on-call as scheduled, capable of long periods sitting/standing.
• Open to dynamic environment with multiple physician/hospital staff.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service programs.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with regional managers.
• Communicate technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and company.
• Build credible relationships and share product knowledge.
• Provide education and clinical support for complex field inquiries.
• Understand Inari products, related devices, trends and players.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on features.
• Document procedural observations for regulatory requirements and CI.
• Perform other duties as needed.
