The Field Clinical Specialist at Stryker Corporation delivers clinical education and support in hospital settings, partnering with local Account Managers to advance device adoption and patient care.

You educate physicians on Inari device handling and implantation, lead training sessions, and collaborate with product teams to feedback on features; travel up to 20% to support customer facilities and ensure successful procedures.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years in cath lab or clinical environment.
• Strong cardiovascular knowledge and clinical acumen.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions in hospital environments.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and Stryker.
• Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships and share product expertise.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to complex field inquiries.
• Demonstrate thorough understanding of Inari products and related technologies; collaborate with product development.
• Collaborate with product teams to provide feedback on device features and new development.
• Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and continuous improvement.
• Other duties as needed.
