Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting for Inari products, and to lead training sessions in hospital environments.

The role requires strong clinical acumen, extensive travel (up to 80%), and collaboration with regional teams. Base salary is $130,000 with potential commissions and benefits, reflecting a dynamic healthcare field role.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nursing or related clinical discipline preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in cath lab or clinical environment.
• Proven understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Strong clinical acumen is required.
• Willing to travel up to 80% locally and regionally; overnight stays may be required.
• Night/weekend on call per preplanned schedule.
• Excellent command of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and presentation materials.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting techniques for Inari products.
• Develop, lead and/or facilitate training sessions and in-service education programs in the hospital environment.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities in collaboration with Regional and Account Managers in local geographies.
• Communicate highly technical information clearly during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as a clinical interface between the medical community and the Company.
• Demonstrate ability to build and sustain credible business relationships with customers and share product expertise accordingly.
• Provide education and clinical support in response to the most complex field inquiries as needed.
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of all Inari products and related technical knowledge.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on device features and new development.
• Document procedural case observations for regulatory requirements and ongoing improvement.
• Other duties as needed.
