Job summary

Stryker is seeking a Field Clinical Specialist to educate physicians on Inari device handling, implantation and troubleshooting. You will develop training sessions, collaborate with regional managers, and identify adoption opportunities in local geographies.

The role requires strong cardiovascular knowledge, 3+ years in medical devices, travel up to 80%, and excellent English communication. A base salary figures prominently with potential commissions and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or Associates Degree in nursing or clinical required.
• Minimum of three (3) years in medical device clinical capacity or cath lab.
• Strong understanding of cardiovascular science, anatomy, pathology and physiology.
• Excellent command of English with written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Educate physicians on device handling, implantation and troubleshooting.
• Develop and lead training sessions and in-service education programs in hospitals.
• Identify therapy adoption opportunities with Regional and Account Managers.
• Communicate highly technical information during fast-paced procedures.
• Act as clinical interface between medical community and Stryker.
• Build credible relationships with customers and share product expertise.
