Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Caulker on the East Coast to join a professional crew responsible for caulking precast concrete panels and performing general construction tasks. This full-time role requires reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work on a crew in a field environment.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• Two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor necessary to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of a caulk crew.
• Follow work direction provided by the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional construction and field duties as assigned by the foreperson.
• Use materials and supplies efficiently and handle tools and equipment responsibly.
• Follow all established safety policies, procedures, and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct and work effectively with crew members and other jobsite personnel.
