Job summary

Fabcon is seeking a Field Caulker for the East Coast to perform caulking and general construction tasks as part of a crew. This permanent, full-time role requires working 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, and involves traveling extensively while delivering quality workmanship on precast concrete panels.

Qualifications

• Construction experience is required; caulking experience preferred.
• General knowledge of construction practices; two or more years of construction or manual labor experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow verbal instructions and work at heights.

Responsibilities

• Caulk and seal precast concrete panels as part of a crew.
• Complete tasks safely and efficiently.
• Follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Perform additional field duties as assigned.
• Use materials and tools efficiently and responsibly.
• Follow safety policies and jobsite requirements.
• Maintain professional conduct with crew and site personnel.
