Job summary

Fabcon, a leading precast concrete manufacturer, is seeking a Field Caulker – East Coast for the Springfield, MA area. This permanent/full-time role runs 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday–Friday, with overtime opportunities and benefits like safety boot and prescription eyewear reimbursement.

Primary tasks include caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels, following foreperson directions, and maintaining safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• Construction experience required; caulking experience preferred.
• Ability to carry out verbal instructions.
• Ability to work at heights and handle heavy materials.
• Ability to travel extensively, including overnight travel 50%+.

Responsibilities

• Perform caulking and general construction labor to seal precast concrete panels.
• Complete assigned tasks safely and efficiently as part of the caulk crew.
• Follow directions from the Caulk Crew Foreperson.
• Use materials and tools responsibly and maintain safety on site.
• Work with crew members and other jobsite personnel professionally.
