Qualifications

• RN license in good standing
• 2+ years clinical practice desired
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Apply case management standards of practice
• Advise on treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery
• Collaborate with treating physicians/providers to create treatment plans
• Modify job duties with employers to facilitate early return to work
• Evaluate and adjust case goals based on progress
• Manage workload and prioritize cases effectively
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers
