Job summary

Genex Service LLC is seeking a Medical Field Case Manager in the Washington, DC area for a full-time, hybrid role. You will coordinate care with physicians, employers, and injured workers to plan and monitor recovery and return-to-work strategies.

The position requires RN licensure, 2+ years of clinical practice, and ability to travel locally. Comprehensive benefits and training are provided to support clinical services and workers' compensation case management.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates or Bachelor's in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice; workers' compensation exp. preferred.
• Certifications, Licenses, Registrations: Active RN license; URAC CCM/CDMS/CRC/CRRN or COHN etc. preferred.
• Travel: Reliable transportation; travel to in-person appointments.
• Internet: Reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate knowledge of case management standards of practice.
• Collaborate with physicians/providers and employers to create treatment plans.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational status.
• Modify treatment plans to facilitate early return to work.
• Attend appointments and prepare status updates for customers.
