Job summary

Genex Services, LLC is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) to coordinate and implement individualized treatment plans for injured workers. You will work with physicians, employers, and patients to ensure cost-effective, timely care and successful return-to-work outcomes.

The role requires travel within the assigned geography and a hybrid work arrangement. A valid RN license and 2+ years of clinical experience are preferred, with URAC case management certifications valued.

Qualifications

• RN license - active and in good standing.
• Associates or Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• URAC-recognized case management certification preferred (CCM, CDMS, CRC, CRRN, etc.).
• Willingness to travel to attend in-person appointments in assigned geography.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with physicians/providers and employers.
• Advise on injury treatment options, medications, and job duties.
• Interview injured workers to assess recovery and occupational vs non-occupational factors.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to tailor plans for each patient.
• Support early return-to-work efforts by adjusting job duties when feasible.
• Manage workload and provide status updates to customers.
