The ideal candidate holds an RN license with 2+ years of clinical practice and recognized case management credentials, plus strong Excel/Outlook skills for documentation and reporting.

Qualifications

• Education: Associates Degree or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or related field.
• Experience: 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Skills: Ability to advocate effectively with physicians, employers, and customers; independent work; basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Certifications, Licenses: Active RN license in good standing; URAC-recognized case management certification(s).

Responsibilities

• Provide case management services to return injured workers to work with safe and cost-effective care.
• Collaborate with physicians, employers, and customers to develop tailored treatment plans.
• Travel locally to in-person appointments; manage a caseload and priorities independently.
• Prepare status updates and communicate progress to clients and stakeholders.
