Job summary

Enlyte is seeking a Field Case Manager (RN) based near Kissimmee, FL, to coordinate care for injured workers. The role requires travel to attend in-person appointments and collaborate with treating physicians, employers, and customers to drive effective treatment plans.

You will work independently, use case-management standards, and leverage Excel/Word/Outlook. A sign-on bonus of $2,500 and a $2,500 retention bonus after one year are offered as part of a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 2+ years clinical practice preferred; workers' compensation experience preferred.
• Ability to advocate recommendations with physicians, employers, and customers.
• Proficient basic computer skills including Excel, Word and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement treatment plans with physicians/providers and employers.
• Assist injured/disabled persons to return to work safely and cost-effectively.
• Interact with treating clinicians to tailor plans to each patient.
• Prioritize workload, manage cases, and attend in-person appointments as needed.
• Provide status updates and supporting duties for customers and internal teams.
