Job summary

Aetna is seeking a Field Case Manager in Los Angeles, CA, responsible for assessing injured employees to facilitate their timely return to work. This full-time position supports medical and vocational needs through collaboration with patients, providers, and employers.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) with an active state license in good standing.
• Minimum two years of clinical nursing background.
• Prior case management and workers’ compensation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess and analyze injured employee’s medical and vocational status.
• Develop a plan of care to facilitate timely return to work.
• Prepare all required documentation of case work activities.
