Job summary

Catholic Community Services and Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington seeks a Case Manager for Quince Street Village in Olympia. You will partner with participants to create individualized service plans focused on housing, income, and access to medical/mental health supports, while coordinating with supervisors and community partners.

Responsibilities include housing search, financial coaching, resource linkage, and data entry into HMIS.

Qualifications

• Background checks required prior to offer.
• Experience with housing, crisis, and financial coaching is preferred.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess housing barriers and develop service plans to obtain housing.
• Maintain case files and notes per standards.
• Coordinate with staff and external providers to support housing and employment goals.
• Provide financial coaching and budgeting support.
• Assist participants with accessing community resources.
• Input data into HMIS and ensure timely reporting.
• Lead crisis de-escalation and supportive interventions.
