Job summary

The temporary position of Case Manager will work with chronically homeless adults at Catholic Community Services in Olympia, Washington. You will provide housing stabilization services, develop Housing Stability Plans, and advocate for clients facing barriers to housing and employment.

Qualifications

• 1-year experience providing direct services to low-income households, or 3 years' experience.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
• Proof of negative TB test within past 12 months.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strengths-based assessments of housing barriers.
• Provide advocacy and case management to clients.
• Assist clients in developing Housing Stability Plans.
