Job summary

Catholic Community Services & Catholic Housing Services of Western Washington is seeking a Case Manager for the Housing and Essential Needs program in King County. You will conduct intakes, assess clients, and develop housing stability plans while coordinating with landlords and community partners.

Responsibilities include data entry in HMIS, eligibility verification, and arranging rent and utility payments. This role offers meaningful work, a supportive team, and one remote work day per week.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in social services or related field, or commensurate experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Social Work preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication; ability to engage diverse populations.

Responsibilities

• Meet with participants to conduct program intakes and assessments and inform them of policies.
• Develop participant-led action plans for housing stability covering income, health, and housing.
• Enter data into the HMIS system and verify eligibility through Benefit Verification.
• Process rent, arrears, and utility payments, and distribute essential needs items.
• Coordinate with landlords and other services to support housing stability goals.
• Maintain accurate records, attend trainings, and participate in team meetings.
