Qualifications

• 1 year of experience providing direct services to low-income/no-income households in crisis.
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
• Experience in case management for vulnerable populations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct strengths-based assessments to develop Housing Stability Plans.
• Support clients in accessing resources for housing and income stability.
• Track participant activities and maintain program data accuracy.
