Job summary

Attentive Care NY is seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to support field caregivers, coordinate compliance and scheduling, and assist with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to ensure continued quality care for clients. The role is full-time, with standard Monday–Friday hours.

The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and multitask.
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations preferred, though training may be provided.
• Previous experience in homecare or healthcare office setting is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support field staff to ensure quality care and compliance.
• Assist with compliance coordination and documentation.
• Manage scheduling challenges and ensure proper coverage.
• Handle pre-billing processes and review timesheets for accuracy.
• Coordinate insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services.
• Provide additional administrative and clerical support as needed.
