Job summary

Attentive Care is seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to support field caregivers, coordinate compliance and scheduling, and assist with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to maintain high-quality client care.

The full-time position runs Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM, in the Capital District. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and capable of handling multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare office environment.

Qualifications

• Professional, organized, able to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with scheduling, compliance, and pre-billing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation
• Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage
• Handling pre-billing processes and reviewing timesheets for accuracy
• Coordinating insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services
• Providing additional administrative and clerical support as needed
