The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities while delivering quality care. This full-time position supports a professional team in Minnesota with standard weekday hours.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (experience with HHAeXchange is a plus).
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations preferred, though training may be provided.
• Previous experience in homecare or a healthcare office setting is helpful but not required.

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company serving theCapital District.We are currently seeking aField Staff Supervisorto join our team.

This position focuses onsupporting field caregivers, coordinating compliance and scheduling, and assisting with pre-billing and insurance authorizationsto ensure our clients continue receiving quality care.

This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday,8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Position Overview

The Field Staff Supervisor plays an important role in supporting both our caregivers and office operations. This role involves working closely with field staff, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation
• Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage
