Attentive Care is seeking a Field Staff Supervisor to support field caregivers, coordinate compliance and scheduling, and assist with pre-billing and insurance authorizations to ensure clients receive quality care. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–4:30 PM, in the Capital District.

The ideal candidate will be professional, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience with pre-billing and insurance authorizations, though training may be provided.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

Attentive Care is a well-established, privately owned and operated home healthcare company serving theCapital District.We are currently seeking aField Staff Supervisorto join our team.

This position focuses onsupporting field caregivers, coordinating compliance and scheduling, and assisting with pre-billing and insurance authorizationsto ensure our clients continue receiving quality care.

This is afull-time position, Monday through Friday,8:30 AM – 4:30 PM.

Position Overview

The Field Staff Supervisor plays an important role in supporting both our caregivers and office operations. This role involves working closely with field staff, reviewing documentation, and helping ensure compliance with agency and regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and supporting field staff to ensure quality care and compliance
• Assisting with compliance coordination and documentation
• Managing scheduling challenges and ensuring proper coverage
• Handling pre-billing processes and reviewing timesheets for accuracy
• Coordinating insurance authorizations and approvals to maintain client services
