Job summary

Help at Home is seeking a Field Coordinator to coordinate in-home visits and care coordination across communities. You will conduct daily client visits, answer calls, greet guests, document visits, and support the Branch Manager with admin tasks.

The role requires strong communication, excellent interpersonal skills, and reliable vehicle access with insurance. Travel is regular and a key part of the position, with benefits supporting work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and client service mindset.
• Proficient computer skills for documentation and scheduling.
• HOST Trained (if applicable) as noted in the job description.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes per assignment.
• Answer and redirect incoming calls as needed.
• Greet and assist guests at the branch or in the field.
• Enter and submit documentation for home visits accurately.
• Assist the Branch Manager with administrative duties.
• Exercise flexibility as duties may be reassigned.
