Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Field Coordinator to conduct daily client visits and support home-based care coordination. The role involves navigating client homes and handling essential documentation, calls, and guest assistance, with a focus on safety, dignity, and timely communication.

This position requires strong communication, interpersonal skills, and basic computer proficiency. A valid vehicle and insurance are expected, with travel in the Wood River area supporting branch operations.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Conduct daily visits to clients' homes, as required (new).
• Answer incoming phone calls and redirect calls, as needed.
• Greet and assist guests, as needed.
• Enter and submit documentation records of home visits.
• Assist the Branch Manager with any other administrative/clerical duties.

Qualifications

What You'll Bring:

• Strong communication skills, oral and written.

• Proficient computer skills.
• HOST Trained (new – not sure if this goes here, or under education/experience)

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather

Pay Range

USD $18.75 - USD $18.75 /Hr.
