Job summary

Help At Home, LLC is seeking a Field Coordinator to support clients in their homes. The role involves coordinating visits, handling calls, greeting guests, and ensuring accurate documentation of home visits to support care delivery.

You will regularly travel to client sites, assist the Branch Manager with admin duties, and adapt to changing duties as needed. Strong communication and computer skills are essential, and a HOST training background is noted in qualifications.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• One (1) to two (2) years of customer service experience required.
• Access to an insured and reliable vehicle.
• Active and current auto insurance.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to move or traverse about in offices and/or client homes, including ascending and descending stairs.
• Ability to communicate effectively and clearly with others to exchange information.

Travel Requirements:

• Regular travel on a daily or weekly basis required, even in inclement weather

Pay Range
