DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead-generation goals, and coach team members for peak performance. This role is hands-on, outdoor, and requires strong leadership and communication skills to succeed in a fast-paced environment.

You will recruit, train, and supervise canvassers, manage daily field operations, and maintain a high standard of homeowner engagement while representing DaBella professionally.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership ability to manage and motivate a canvass team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable working outdoors in varied weather.
• Willing to work Monday–Saturday and travel as needed.
• Valid driver's license and good driving record.
• Experience in sales or canvassing is a plus.
