Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Supervisor to lead a field team, recruit new canvassers, and drive performance. You will work outdoors, motivate peers, and participate in scheduling inspections and estimates with the sales team.

This role is boots-on-the-ground and requires energy and strong communication. Responsibilities include coaching, onboarding, and tracking daily activity while ensuring safety and productive field operations.

Qualifications

• Walk neighborhoods for extended periods, outdoors and active.
• Strong communicators who aren’t afraid of rejection.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the canvass team to hit daily/weekly goals.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and mentorship to team members.
• Recruit and onboard new canvassers; screen candidates and help set up for success.
• Track daily canvassing activity and team performance; collaborate with leadership on outreach strategies.
