DaBella is looking for a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach personnel to achieve targets. This role emphasizes hands-on leadership, front-line development, and sustained performance in a fast-paced home-improvement environment.

The position requires active, outdoor work Monday–Saturday, strong communication, and a commitment to teamwork. Compensation includes base salary plus uncapped bonuses and opportunities for growth within DaBella.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
