Job summary

DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, recruit and train new members, and drive lead-generation results. This boots-on-the-ground role requires outdoor activity, strong communication, and a passion for coaching others to succeed.

Expect uncapped bonuses and a base salary around $60,000 with opportunities for advancement. Work is in person in Tucson, AZ, with the chance to grow within a dynamic, growth-focused home improvement company.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building skills.

• Comfortable working outdoors and in a face-to-face environment.
• Previous sales, canvassing, or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
