DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team with a focus on hitting lead generation targets. The role emphasizes coaching, recruiting, and hands-on leadership to drive growth and develop team members.

You will oversee daily outreach, mentor staff, and maintain professional homeowner interactions in a dynamic outdoor environment, Monday through Saturday, with a base salary and uncapped bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a canvass team to meet targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.

• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team development of strong customer engagement skills.
• Build relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report team results; ensure safe transport of the team.
