Job summary

DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive lead generation, and coach reps in a fast-paced, people-focused environment. This hands-on leadership role rewards performance and growth.

You will recruit, train, and supervise door-to-door outreach, set appointments, track results, and ensure safe travel while representing DaBella professionally to homeowners.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors and in person.
• Sales/canvassing or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Develop strong communication and customer engagement skills among team.
• Build professional relationships with homeowners and represent the company.
• Track performance metrics and report team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members.
