Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team and drive lead generation. You will recruit, coach, and manage canvassers, direct daily door-to-door outreach, and set appointments.

This active, boots-on-ground role rewards performance with uncapped bonuses and a base salary of $55,000. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, comfortable outdoors in varying weather, and able to manage schedules Monday through Saturday.

• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Build relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
