DaBella seeks a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, drive performance, and coach reps to exceed lead-generation targets. This boots-on-the-ground role requires hands-on leadership and the ability to motivate in a fast-paced sales environment.

You will recruit, train, and mentor canvassers, oversee daily activities, report on metrics, and represent DaBella professionally in neighborhoods while supporting career growth within the company.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
