DaBella is seeking a driven Canvass Manager to lead a team of field canvassers and drive lead generation in a fast-paced outdoor setting. You will recruit, train, and coach team members while ensuring targets are met and client relationships are upheld.

The role offers base compensation with uncapped performance bonuses and opportunities for career growth within a high-energy, people-focused environment. Applicants should be available Mondays through Saturdays and comfortable working outdoors in

Qualifications

• Comfortable working outdoors and in face-to-face environments.
• Sales, canvassing or customer service experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
