Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field team across neighborhoods, driving lead generation and performance targets. You will recruit, onboard and coach canvassers, and coordinate daily door-to-door outreach with a focus on professional homeowner engagement.

Ideal candidates are strong communicators with leadership experience, comfortable working outdoors, and able to manage schedules, safety, and transportation for the team. This is an in-person, growth-oriented role.

• Comfortable working outdoors and in a face-to-face environment.
• Sales/canvassing experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
