Job summary

DaBella seeks a driven Canvass Manager to lead a field team engaged in door-to-door outreach and lead generation. You will recruit, interview, and onboard new canvassers, while providing ongoing coaching to improve performance and close rates. This boots-on-the-ground role requires strong communication and a proactive leadership approach.

You will oversee daily activities, schedule travel, and ensure safety and efficiency. A valid license and willingness to work outdoors are expected.
