Job summary

DaBella is seeking a Canvass Manager to lead a field canvass team, coach members, and execute strategies to achieve lead generation goals. This hands-on leadership role combines frontline leadership with recruiting, training, and performance coaching to drive growth and develop your career.

The role requires outdoor, boots-on-the-ground work, with Monday–Saturday availability, a valid driver's license, and strong communication skills to represent the company professionally.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of canvassers to meet and exceed performance targets.
• Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members.
• Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback.
• Oversee daily field activities including door-to-door outreach and appointment setting.
• Support team members in developing strong communication and customer engagement skills.
• Build positive relationships with homeowners and represent the company professionally.
• Track performance metrics and report on team results.
• Ensure safe and efficient transportation of team members to designated areas.
