Job summary

FUTEK is seeking a Calibration Services Sales Representative to drive growth in calibration services from field-based engagements. The role focuses on net-new revenue, account expansion, and building long-term, recurring service relationships with engineering, quality, and procurement stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will be a proactive sales professional with consultative or services-based selling experience in calibration or related industrial environments, capable of owning a revenue target,

Qualifications

• Experience in consultative or services-based selling, preferably within calibration or industrial environments.
• Ability to own a revenue target, manage a pipeline, and close service- or calibration-related deals.
• Strong relationships with engineering, quality, and procurement stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and close net-new calibration services revenue.
• Build recurring revenue through service agreements and scheduled recalibration programs.
• Identify and reclaim calibration work outsourced to third-party providers.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and meet or exceed revenue targets.
• Engage directly with customers and prospects as the primary commercial contact.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with calibration, sales, technical, and customer support teams.
• Provide accurate forecasting and communicate demand trends.
