Job summary

Applied Technical Services, LLC seeks a motivated sales professional to drive revenue for the Calibration business in Florida. The role focuses on expanding contacts with customer locations, delivering ATS solutions, and growing long-term relationships with clients in aerospace, automotive, pharmaceuticals, and more.

The candidate will spend significant time in the field (up to 50% travel) and must excel in communication, negotiation, and CRM usage to meet growth targets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of proven outside selling experience in technical/industrial sales.
• Field sales: spend ~60% of time in the territory.
• Bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or trade certificates or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales leads and target growth within assigned territory.
• Engage 150–200 customer locations with outside selling activities.
• Inform clients about ATS services and provide demonstrations.
• Cultivate existing client relationships to secure future business.
• Close deals using strong negotiation and customer service skills.
• Maintain CRM data and coordinate with departments.
