Job summary

Jani-King International, Inc. is seeking a Business Development Representative to identify new opportunities, engage with decision-makers, and build strong relationships that drive revenue growth.

This field-based role requires active prospecting, local market coverage, and in-person visits to potential clients. You will map territories, conduct cold outreach, and schedule qualified appointments for sales executives, serving as the bridge from first contact to closed deals.

Qualifications

• Sales or Prospecting experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to meet activity goals in a performance-based environment.
• Confident, professional communicator who engages business decision-makers.
• Highly motivated, organized and capable of working independently while managing daily territory activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record.
• Personal vehicle with current auto insurance for local travel.

Responsibilities

• Create and develop new client opportunities through cold calling, territory canvassing, networking and in-person visits.
• Introduce Jani-King's services to local businesses and schedule appointments for sales executives.
• Map territories, research prospects, and log activity in the CRM.
• Build long-term relationships with potential customers and drive revenue growth.
