Job summary

Jani-King International, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative to join our field-based sales team.

You will identify opportunities, engage decision-makers, and build relationships to drive revenue growth across targeted markets. Based in one of our regional offices, you will map territories, plan routes, schedule qualified appointments, and collaborate with sales executives to close deals.

Qualifications

• Sales or prospecting experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Ability to meet activity goals and manage outreach in a performance-based environment.
• Strong communication with business decision-makers and brand representation.
• Independent, organized, and comfortable working in the field.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• High-volume prospecting through cold calls, visits, and networking events to generate opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers and uncover opportunities where our solutions add value.
• Plan and execute daily prospecting routes to maximize market coverage.
• Represent Jani-King at local events to expand brand visibility.
• Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team and document insights in CRM.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through lead follow-up and activity tracking.
