Jani-King International is seeking a Business Development Representative to drive growth across multiple U.S. markets. You will build relationships, open doors, and develop new opportunities through cold calls, territory canvassing, networking, and in-person visits.

Responsibilities

• Prospecting & Outreach: High-volume prospecting via cold calls, in-person visits, and networking.
• Engage Decision-Makers: Introduce services and identify opportunities where we add value.
• Territory Management: Plan routes to maximize coverage and growth.
• Community & Event Representation: Represent in local business events to expand visibility.
• Pipeline & Results: Schedule qualified meetings and document insights in CRM.
• Relationship Building: Develop strong connections with potential customers.
• Lead Follow-Up: Reconnect with past prospects and inquiries.
• Performance & Activity Tracking: Maintain records and measure against goals.
