Job summary

Jani-King International is hiring a Business Development Representative in multiple markets across the United States. This high-activity, field-based role focuses on identifying opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, and building relationships that drive revenue growth.

You will prospect, map territories, conduct in-person visits, and schedule qualified appointments for our sales executives. Competitive base pay of $24–$32 per hour plus commission and performance bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, business development or prospecting.
• Proven ability to meet activity goals and stay motivated in a performance-based environment.
• Excellent communication skills to engage decision-makers.
• Independent, organized, and capable of daily territory activity.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for local travel.

Responsibilities

• High-volume prospecting through calls, visits, and networking to generate opportunities.
• Engage decision-makers and uncover opportunities to add value.
• Plan daily prospecting routes and manage a territory.
• Represent the brand at events and networking groups to expand visibility.
• Schedule qualified meetings for sales executives and document details in the CRM.
• Maintain and review outreach activity and progress toward goals.
