Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; active Building Inspector License required.
• Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to job sites.
• Certifications in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, or plans examination preferred or willingness to obtain within timeframe.
• Ability to read, interpret blueprints and construction plans.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety protocols and site regulations (OSHA, client standards).
• Perform BN Structural inspections as licensed.
• Document inspection findings with observations, diagrams, and photos.
• Identify code violations and provide corrective guidance to contractors and engineers.
• Perform follow-up inspections to verify corrective actions.
• Review plans, permits, and engineering reports for compliance.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams and dispatch.
