Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Active Building Inspector License required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to job sites.
• FDC software or similar field data collection tools experience preferred.
• Ability to read and analyze blueprints and plans.
• Willingness to obtain certifications within specified timeframe.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to OSHA, client safety standards and PPE.
• Perform on-site structural inspections (BN Structural) as licensed.
• Document findings with observations, photos, and recommendations.
• Identify code violations and communicate corrective actions.
• Perform plan review and coordinate distribution.
• Review plans, blueprints, permits and reports for compliance.
• Travel to project sites, sometimes 50–70% of the time.
• Maintain clear communication with supervisors and field teams.
• Stay current with building codes and safety regulations.
