Enthuse Marketing Group, LLC in the United States is seeking an On-Premise Activation Specialist to execute locally relevant brand activations across a designated territory supporting beer and spirits portfolios. Reporting to Field Activation Manager, this field-based role requires independent work, strong relationships, and the ability to deliver authentic consumer and trade experiences while reporting insights and staying compliant with program guidelines.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of beverage alcohol, hospitality, or events experience.
• Must reside in assigned territory and be willing to travel.
• Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to tailor activations for different on-premise environments.

Responsibilities

• Execute brand activations, tastings, trade engagements, and events within assigned accounts.
• Deliver programming on time and within budgets.
• Coordinate logistics with Field Activation Manager and approved partners.
• Capture activation highlights and report insights.
• Maintain compliance with legal and client guidelines.
