Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company in Norwood, MA is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to grow our beverage brands with on-premise and retail customers. You will build relationships, present promotions, answer product questions, and support credit and operations to ensure satisfaction.

Candidates should have alcohol sales experience, wine knowledge (WSET preferred), strong communication skills, a BA in Business, and willingness to travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum experience in alcohol sales or related field.
• Knowledge of wines and certifications preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM software.
• Valid MA driver's license and vehicle registration.
• Willingness to travel to meet customers.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers (bars, restaurants, liquor stores).
• Develop and promote sales strategies and tastings that showcase products.
• Answer questions about products, pricing and availability.
• Review credit status and coordinate with Credit on accounts.
• Participate in sales meetings and trade events.
• Create sell sheets and presentations using Microsoft Office.
• Stay current on technology to support selling strategies.
