Job summary

Southern Glazer’s Beverage Company in Norwood, MA is seeking a friendly Sales Representative to grow market share and promote our brands to new and existing customers. You will build relationships with bars, restaurants, liquor stores and lead sales activities.

The role requires strong communication skills, knowledge of wines and relevant certifications, and a willingness to travel. A bachelor’s degree in business/management and 21+ years old are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in alcohol sales, distribution, hospitality or supplier community preferred.
• Knowledge of wines and WSET or similar certifications preferred.
• Bachelor degree in Business, Management, or equivalent.
• Must be 21+ years of age.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with customers (bars, restaurants, liquor stores).
• Develop and promote sales strategies and activities (tastings, demonstrations).
• Answer questions about products, pricing, availability and uses.
• Review credit status and coordinate with Credit to keep accounts in good standing.
• Participate in sales meetings, trainings and trade events.
• Create sell sheets and sales presentations using MS Office.
